Abstract:	Informacijska družba je skozi čas prinesla nov, drugačen način korespondence, poslovanje postaja vedno bolj digitalno, nove sodobne tehnologije pa omogočajo nove načine komunikacije. Poslovanje z dokumenti je velik korak naprej naredilo z razvojem elektronskega poslovanja, ki je opredeljeno kot brezpapirno poslovanje, njegove prednosti v primerjavi s klasičnim načinom dela pa so predvsem hitrejša priprava in distribucija dokumentov, lažje iskanje in arhiviranje dokumentov, ter sledenje le teh. S prehodom iz klasičnega na elektronsko poslovanje pa podjetja poskrbijo tudi za družbeno odgovorna dejanja. V tej diplomski nalogi bomo predstavili elektronski dokumentarni sistem eDMS, ki je eden izmed oblik elektronskega poslovanja, zanj pa se je odločila tudi Pošta Slovenije d. o. o. Zanima nas, ali so z njim zadovoljni tudi njihovi zaposleni.

Title:	IMPLEMENTATION OF ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT POŠTA SLOVENIJE d.o.o.
Abstract:	Information society has brought over time a new, different way of correspondence. Business is becoming more and more digital and new modern technologies enable new ways of communication. Document management has made a big step forward with the development of electronic commerce, which is defined as paperless business. Its advantages, compared to conventional ways of working are mostly more rapid preparation and distribution of documents and its easier finding, archiving and tracking. With the transition from classical to electronic commerce, companies also provide for socially responsible actions. In this diploma work we will present an Electronic Document Management System (eDMS), which is one of the forms of electronic commerce and Pošta Slovenije d. o. o. has also decided to establish it. We would like to explore if their employees are satisfied with it.
