Abstract:	Diplomsko delo Zadovoljstvo uporabnic z vaginalnim obročkom je pregled kontracepcijskih metod s poudarkom na predstavitvi vaginalnega obročka, ki je slovenskemu tržišču še dokaj nepoznana oblika kontracepcije. V diplomskem delu se osredotočamo na poznavanje vseh lastnostih vaginalnega obročka pri uporabnicah ter zadovoljstvo njih in njihovih partnerjev. S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika je bila izvedena raziskava na vzorcu 27 uporabnic vaginalnega obročka. Cilji raziskave so bili ugotoviti, ali izbrani ginekolog in medicinska sestra nudita uporabnicam dovolj informacij o vaginalnem obročku, ugotoviti zadovoljstvo uporabnic z vaginalnim obročkom, seznanjenostjo o pozitivnih in negativnih lastnostih vaginalnega obročka ter pogostost pojavljanja nezaželenih stranskih učinkov. Pri uporabnicah vaginalnega obročka je bilo ugotovljeno, da so v veliki meri zadovoljne z informacijami, podanimi s strani ginekologa, od medicinske sestre pa nobena od uporabnic ni pridobila podatkov o vaginalnem obročku. Prav tako je znanje uporabnic o pozitivnih ter negativnih lastnostih vaginalnega obročka zadovoljivo. Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da so uporabnice zadovoljne z uporabo vaginalnega obročka, enako njihovi partnerji, kljub dokaj pogostemu izražanju nekaterih nezaželenih stranskih učinkov, predvsem v začetnih mesecih uporabe vaginalnega obročka.

Title:	Woman satisfaction with the vaginal ring
Abstract:	Diploma Women satisfaction with the vaginal ring is an examination of contraceptive methods with emphasis on the presentation of the vaginal ring which is still quite unknown to the Slovene market. In this diploma the main focus is on recognizing all the characteristics of the vaginal ring and the satisfaction it brings to its users. With the help of a questionnaire we had a survey that was done on 27 users of the vaginal ring. The aim of the survey was to find out if the vaginal ring is thoroughly introduced to users by the chosen gynaecologist or nurse, and also to find out if the users were pleased with it and if they also know about negative aspects of the vaginal ring and its possible side effects. It has been established that the users of the vaginal ring were satisfied with the information that they got from the gynaecologist, but none of the users did not get any information from the nurses. The knowledge of the users about the negative and positive aspects of the vaginal ring is also satisfactory. With this survey it has also been established that the users are pleased with the vaginal ring as well as their partners despite some the frequent side effects that occur especially in the first months of the use of the vaginal ring.
