Title:ANALIZA MOTIVIRANOSTI SODELAVCEV V PODJETJU INFORMATIKA D.D.

Abstract:Motivacija je eden izmed najpomembnejših elementov za doseganje boljših rezultatov zaposlenih. Zaposlenim morajo podjetja omogočiti, da opravljajo svoje delo z zadovoljstvom, da se ne ukvarjajo z mislimi o boljšem zaslužku in boljših pogojih v drugem podjetju, hkrati pa jih moramo tudi motivirati, da se osebno razvijejo. Motivirani posamezniki dosegajo boljše rezultate kot nemotivirani, zato morajo managerji motivirati zaposlene v podjetju. Namen diplomskega seminarja je bil preučitev in analiza motivacije zaposlenih v Informatiki d.d., zato je diplomski seminar sestavljen iz dveh delov. V prvem delu naloge smo podrobneje predstavili motivacijo in motivacijske dejavnike. Prav tako je podrobneje predstavljeno zadovoljstvo pri delu in dejavniki, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. V drugem delu diplomskega seminarja pa smo raziskovali ali so zaposleni v Informatiki d.d. dovolj motivirani in zadovoljni pri opravljanju svojega dela. Raziskavo smo izvedli s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, kjer smo ugotovili stanje motiviranosti in zadovoljstva zaposlenih s posameznimi dejavniki. Na podlagi vprašalnika smo opisali analizo in ugotovitve raziskave. Podali smo tudi nekaj predlogov izboljšav, s katerimi lahko podjetje poveča motivacijo in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, da bo organizacija delovala še bolj učinkovito. Odgovori na posamezna vprašanja so pokazali, da je motivacija v podjetju Informatika d.d. dobra, vendar bi jo lahko še izboljšali ter posameznim dejavnikom motivacije posvetili več pozornosti. Ugotovili smo, da zaposlenim predstavlja plača najmočnejši motivacijski dejavnik, zadovoljni pa so z medsebojnimi odnosi, delovnimi pogoji in delovnim časom. Motivacijo v podjetju lahko izboljšamo z materialnimi ali nematerialnimi dejavniki, saj lahko poleg finančnih nagrad zaposlene večkrat pohvalimo za dobro opravljeno delo, omogočiti pa jim moramo tudi možnost napredovanja in osebnega razvoja.

Title:ANALYSIS OF THE MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEES IN INFORMATIKA D.D.
Abstract:Motivation of employees is one of the most important factors for improving results. The employees should be allowed to carry out work with satisfaction and not to occupy themselves with thoughts on better earnings and better working conditions in another company. At the same time, the employees should be motivated in order to enable his/her personal growth. The motivation of employees is a responsibility of management personnel since the motivated individuals tend to achieve better results than unmotivated ones. The purpose of the seminar was examined and analyzed the motivation of employees in Informatika d.d. Seminar consists of two parts. In the first part we presented in detail the motivation and motivational factors. In the second part of the seminar, we investigated whether are employed in Informatika d.d. motivated and satisfied with their work. The research was carried out with survey where we found out the situation employee satisfaction and motivation of the individual factors. On the basis of a questionnaire, we describe the analysis and findings of the survey. We also made some proposals for improvement, enabling a company to increase employee motivation and satisfaction that the organization will work more efficiently. Responses to individual questions showed that the motivation in Informatika d.d. is good but more attention could be dedicated to individual motivational factors. We found out that employees represent the strongest motivating factor to salary, satisfied are with relationships, working conditions and working hours. Motivation can be improved with different factors and beside the financial rewards must sometimes give the compliment to employees for a job well done. We must give them opportunity for promotion and personal development.
