Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava radijske oglase z vidika jezika, besedilnih vrst in besedilnih vzorcev.
Keywords:Ključne besede: radijski oglasi, mariborski pogovorni jezik, prleško narečje, praktično sporazumevanje, splošni kulturni besedilni vzorec, besedilne vrste.

Title:Text samples and elements of non-standard language in radio advertisements
Abstract:This diploma paper deals with radio advertisements from the language, text types and text patterns point of view. It is divided into two parts, theoretic and empiric. In the theoretic part, advertising is considered as a part of marketing; features of advertising and radio advertising are introduced. After that the theory of text types and text patterns is introduced. Since everyday communication and dialect (in the chosen advertisements are Maribor dialect, Prleščina dialect and interplay of Slovene and other languages) prevail in advertisements, the beginning of the empiric part is dedicated to shorter analysis of the above mentioned versions of language. The sample for analysis was smaller, it contained only 7 advertisements. In continuation, the paper deals with text types and text patterns, because advertisements often contain features of other text types, although they are an independent text type. We can also observe general cultural text patterns (Problem-Solution or the desire Arousal-Fulfilment pattern) because advertisements are a part of a specific cultural environment. This analysis was carried out on more advertisements (18). The chosen advertisements were recorded. The two commercial radio stations that were considered were Radio City from Maribor and radio Maxi from Ljutomer.
Keywords:radio advertisements, Maribor dialect, Prlekija dialect, practical communication, general text pattern, text types.
