Abstract:
Magistrska naloga zadeva problem stresa in izgorevanja na delovnem mestu. Razdeljena je na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljena teorija stresa, teorija izgorevanja, interakcija med stresom in izgorevanjem ter spoprijemanje in obvladovanje stresa in posledično izgorevanja. V empirični raziskavi magistrske naloge smo se osredotočili na poklic vzgojitelja predšolskih otrok.

STRESS AND BURN OUT AT PROFESSION EDUCATOR OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN
Abstract:
This master thesis is about the problem of stress and burnout at workplace. It consists of two parts; theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part presents the theory of stress, the theory of burnout, interaction between stress and burnout, as well as, coping with and mastering stress and burnout. The empirical part of the master thesis focuses on the pre-school teachers.
