Abstract:Notranji in zunanji udeleženci podjetja imajo različne interese. Nadalje smo opredelili zunanje udeležence podjetja, ki so: tržni udeleženci, javnost in nosilci družbene infrastrukture, javnih financ in druge državne inštitucije. Naš namen je bil, da prikažemo, da so udeleženci največje in najdragocenejše premoženje podjetja, zaradi česar morajo lastniki/vrhovni menedžerji prisluhniti njihovim interesom in jih uresničevati. V praktičnem delu diplomskega seminarja smo proučili podjetje Kovis d.o.o. in vso teorijo prakticirali na primeru omenjenega podjetja.

Title:INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS OF THE SELECTED COMPANY AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON THE COMPANY' S POLICY
Abstract:Inner and outer participants in a company have different interests. A company could not work or even exist without them. Their superiors try to fulfil their different interests, which influences their company’s politics. In this diploma seminar inner participants (owners and managers of a company, company's management, experts and other employers), their interests and the influence of inner participants on company's politics have theoretically been defined. Later on in the diploma seminar all of this has been defined from the outer participants' point of view and these are: market participants, public and communal infrastructure, public finances and other state institutions. Our purpose was to show that these participants are company's most valuable asset and therefore their interests should be listened to and fulfilled. The company Kovis has been studied in the practical part of this diploma seminar based on our theoretical discoveries. Specialities of inner and outer participants' interests have been examined and the influence of key participants' interests on the company's politics has been analysed. In the end of the diploma seminar, some suggestions, how to improve the fulfilment of these different interests and how to change the company's politics have been given.
Keywords:company's inner participants, company's outer participants, interests, company's politics, innovation.
