Abstract:
Diplomsko delo obravnava zasnovo idejne rešitve umestitve poslovno stanovanjskega objekta na lokacijo nekdanjega hotela Slavija, v centru Maribora. Predstavljeni so teorija in primeri uporabe koncepta večfunkcijske zasnove stavb. Analizirali smo obravnavano lokacijo in njeno vpetost v prostor. Na podlagi rezultatov analiz smo razvili koncept in funkcionalno zasnovo nove stavbe. Z upoštevanjem izbrane vsebinske in konstrukcijske zasnove smo nadalje izdelali idejne načrte in prostorski model nove stavbe ter rezultate predstavili v diplomskem delu.

The theory and examples of the concept of multi-function design of the buildings is presented. We analyzed the discussed location and its engagement into the space.
