Izboljšanje organizacije proizvodnje končamo s izboljšanjem managementa delovne sile, saj so navsezadnje zaposleni največje bogastvo podjetja.

Title:IMPROVEMENT OF ORGANIZATION OF PRODUCTION
Abstract:The ability to fulfill the needs of consumers on time is a competitive advantage in these times, when the consumers have a wide range of products with comparable quality at their disposal, however, it is neccessary to have the ability to manufacture a large amount of products in orger to achieve it. In the desire to increase productivity without the vast investment costs, that come with the construction of additional manufacturing facilities, we must look towards improving the organization of production in the existing facilities. A careful analysis of the current situation gives us an insight into the working of the system, with which we discover the factors that limit the system, and with that, the potential possibilities for increasing the production are revealed. In this way, we uncover the bottlenecks and, by increasing their productivity, allow for a greater utilization of all work places that depend on them. We find ways to increase the synchronization between work processes by redistributing work tasks between individual work posts, thus decreasing the need for stock. We must not forget to change the layout of the work posts, as it reduces the time needed for transport and thus the actual product flow time, when executed properly. We finish the improvement of organization of production by improving the workforce management. After all, the employees are a company's greatest asset.
