Title:E-JUSTICE ONLINE
Abstract:Judicial system online in Slovenia is in development. Each year there are new services we can use on-line and that can help us save our time and money. Since 1. 5. 2011, we can make a free insight and copy from e-land register through website sodisce.si. This is also useful for other services for which we have to pay. To access the application, we need only one time registration which provides us with password to enter the application. I have consecrated the first part of my diploma paper to project e-justice system. I wanted to know what are the strategies and goals of this project, what are the fundamental starting points and visions of this operation and his key points. In second part I have described how e-justice system works in practice. The projects I have described are weather finished, in progress, in preparation or they are just predicted for the future. From all the finished projects I have chosen the project »e-land register«, which we can access through website sodisce.si. I have made the analyze of popularity and with the web tool “Alexa” found out how much popular this portal site is in Slovenia, how many visits does the Slovene people make through the day and how much time does the user spend on the portal site. I have gain the information about the percentage of users that are accessing the portal site with the browsers and which key words are they typing in. I have described innovations in the fields “e-land register”. I have made the graphical analyze of the insights to “e-land register” from the information I have extract from Public relation office of Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia and found out that application is getting bigger from year to year. I have also made the functional analyze of the site sub portal on which there is an application and make notes of the imperfections that I came across. I would like to suggest the Ministry of Justice to promote the e-justice system, because this is the only way people will be informed about the applications that are available on-line. Of course they have to make sure those applications are available to people without unnecessary clicking. They have to be just simple, understandable and useable.
