Abstract:	Mednarodni trgi postajajo vse bolj odprti, kar na eni strani pomeni za podjetja več prilož-nosti, na drugi strani pa več tveganj, saj to hkrati pomeni tudi več konkurence. Da pa nam uspe zagotoviti konkurenčne prednosti, lahko to dosežemo preko oskrbne verige, ki skupaj z vsemi členi verige deluje enotno oziroma kot celota. V praktičnem delu diplomskega seminarja sem najprej predstavila koncept oskrbne verige, ki je prepleten s tremi različnimi tokovi znotraj nje. Če želi biti ta uspešna na trgu, je pot-reben postopen razvoj verige, pri čemer pa se uporablja management oskrbne verige, ki skrbi, da so nabava, proizvodnja, skladiščenje in prodaja popolnoma povezani med sabo. Drugi del diplomskega seminarja pa predstavlja uporabo teorije v praksi znotraj podjetja BSH hišni aparati, d. o. o., Nazarje, ki se zelo trudi z razvojem svoje oskrbne verige in jo dobro vodi in nadzoruje. Kljub učinkovitemu vodenju pa se znotraj verige pojavljajo mot-nje, ki so predvsem izrazite v toku materiala. Tako sem na koncu predstavila tudi nekatere ukrepe, ki bi lahko preprečili nastale ovire in povzročili možnosti za še uspešnejšo verigo.

Title:	PRESENTATION OF THE SUPPLY CHAIN IN THE COMPANY BSH HIŠNI APARATI, D.O.O., NAZARJE
Abstract:	International markets are developing and becoming more opened, which on the one hand means for company more opportunities for businesses, but on the other hand it also means more risks, because of increased competition. And because of that, company which need to be marketable and successful can use supply chain, which works with all parts as a whole, to achieve competitive advantages. In the pratical part of graduate seminar I have introduced the concept of supply chain, which includes three different flows. Success of supply chain depends on a development of the chain, which can be achieved by supply chain management, which is also responsible for consistency of purchasing, production, storage and sale. The second part of graduate seminar is application of using theory in the practice, and it is introduced in the case of company BSH hišni aparati, d. o. o., Nazarje. The supply chain of company is well-managed and controled, and it keen on developing. Despite effective leadership, the chain is emerging within disruptions, which are the most frequent in the material flow. And because of that I have introduced some solutions which could prevent disruptions and can also lead to more successful supply chain.
