Abstract:Namen diplomskega dela je bil skoncentrirati sol v spodnji fazi v zgornji pa glicerol in vodo. Iz začetnih raztopin (0,01 mol/L vodne raztopine Na2SO4, 1 ut. % Na2SO4 - 10 ut. % glicerol – ost. voda in 1 ut. % NaCl – 10 ut. % glicerol – ost. voda) smo želeli zmanjšati vsebnost soli s tremi visokotemperaturnimi in visokotlačnimi separacijskimi postopki: kontinuirani T-separator, šaržni separator in polkontinuirani separator. Vzorčili smo zgornjo in spodnjo fazo. Postopke smo izvajali pri konstantnem tlaku 250 bar in temperaturah (200, 250, 300) °C. Vsebnost soli v zgornji in spodnji fazi smo najprej določali z atomsko emisijsko spektroskopijo v nadaljevanju pa z uparjanjem do suhe mase soli. Predstavili smo vsebnost soli ter organske faze v zgornji in spodnji fazi v odvisnosti od temperature.
Keywords:Glicerol, natrijev sulfat, natrijev klorid, visokotemperaturni in visokotlačni separacijski postopek.

Title:PHASE EQULIBRIA: GYCEROL/WATER/SALT (NaCl, Na 2 SO 4 )/CO 2
Abstract:The aim of the thesis was to concentrate salt in the lower phase and the glycerol and water in the upper. From the initial solution of: 0,01 mol/L aqueous Na2SO4 solution, 1 wt. % Na2SO4 - 10 wt. % glycerol – rest. water and 1 wt. % NaCl – 10 wt. % glycerol – rest. water, we wanted to reduce the salt with three high-temperature and high-pressure separation processes: continuous T-separator, batch separator and semicontinuous separator. We sampled the upper and the lower phase. The processes were carried out at constant pressure 250 bar and temperatures (200, 250, 300) °C. The salt content in the upper and lower phase were determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy and afterwards with evaporating method. We presented the salt content and the organic phase in the upper and lower phase as a function of temperature.
Keywords:Glycerol, sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, high-temperature and high-pressure separation process.
