Abstract:
V tem diplomskem delu je opisana vpeljava celovitega informacijskega sistema v mikro podjetje. Preučili smo več različnih ERP sistemov, potem pa smo se lotili praktičnega dela, ki smo ga začeli z vrednotenjem in ocenjevanjem dveh konkurenčnih odprtokodnih ERP sistemov. Za ocenjevanje smo uporabili metodo Abacon in ekspertni sistem DEXi. V nadaljevanju je sledila namestitev primernega okolja in baze podatkov, nato pa še polnjenje baze, da smo jo pripravili za uporabo. V zadnjem koraku smo izvedli še preverjanje programa in pripravo dokumentacije. Vpeljava je bila tehnično uspešna, pri uporabi sistema s strani naročnika pa se pojavljajo določene ovire, kar je bilo tudi pričakovati.

IMPLEMENTATION OF ERP SYSTEM IN MICRO ENTERPRISE
Abstract:
This paper work shows implementation of ERP system into a micro enterprise. Several different ERP systems were analysed. After finishing with studying different ERP systems, we have started with practical part. Firstly, we evaluated two competitive open-source ERP systems. Two methods were used for doing that: Abacon table and expert system DEXi. Then an implementation of environment and database followed. After successfully finishing the implementation of both, we have filled in the database with data so it was prepared for use. In the last step we tested the program and prepared documentation. Implementation was technically successful, but in practical usage some problems occoured which were expected.
