Abstract:Motivacija je pomembna pri vsakem našem koraku in je glavni temelj človekove dejavnosti. Vsak posameznik je edinstvena celota in zato ni enotnega načina, ki bi lahko motiviral vse zaposlene. V organizaciji je motivacija zelo pomembna, toda pred začetkom motiviranja zaposlenih morajo vodilni v organizaciji dobro poznati motivacijo in zakonitosti motiviranja. Od njih se prav tako zahteva, da poznajo zaposlene v svoji organizaciji in vejo, s čim jih lahko pripravijo do tega, da opravijo svoje delo boljše in učinkovitejše. Dejavniki, ki najpogosteje motivirajo zaposlene, pa so dobra plača, dobri odnosi v celotnem kolektivu, možnosti komuniciranja v organizaciji in seveda tudi varnost zaposlitve. Motivirati zaposlene pomeni uporabljati različne motivacijske dejavnike. Ti dejavniki delujejo kot spodbuda zaposlenim, da so pri svojem delu najboljši. Vodilni v organizaciji morajo skrbeti za svoje zaposlene, vlagati v njih in jih motivirati. Ob tem pa morajo paziti na način, kako jih motivirajo, saj lahko vedno ista rutina motivacije izniči učinek motiviranja. V organizaciji X smo izvedli anketo o motiviranosti zaposlenih. Na podlagi tega smo dobili odgovore na vprašanja, ali so zaposleni zadovoljni s svojim delovnim mestom, kateri dejavniki vplivajo na njihovo motivacijo, in kateri ne, ter kaj bi bilo potrebno storiti za večjo motiviranost v njihovi organizaciji. Ugotovili smo, da se vodstvo zavzema za motiviranost zaposlenih v organizaciji in da pri zaposlenih najbolj učinkujejo naslednji motivacijski dejavniki: komuniciranje, zanimivost dela in dobri medsebojni odnosi. Zaposleni so zadovoljni z delom, ki ga opravljajo v organizaciji X, menijo pa, da bi bilo za večjo motiviranost v njihovi organizaciji potrebno poskrbeti s povišanjem plač in možnosti napredovanja.

Title:MOTIVATION OF THE EMPLOYEES IN THE ORGANIZATION X
Abstract:Motivation is important in our every step and is the main foundation of human activity. Every individual is unique and therefore there is no single method that can motivate all employees. In the organization is motivation very important, but before we start to motivate employees, we have to know very good all the facts of motivation. Leading people in the organization need to know their employees and also know, what they have to do, to make their employees more efficient. Factors, that motivate most of the employees, are good salary, good relationships in the team, the possibility of comunication in the organization and of course job security. Motivate employees means to use a different motivational factors. These factors are like incentive to make their employees work better. Leading people in the organization have to care for their employees, invest in them and motivate them. At the same time they have to be careful how they motivate, because the same routine all the time can lead to negative effect on the motivation. In the organization X we have interviewed employees about their motivation. On this basis, we have recieved answers to the questions whether the employees are satisfied with their jobs, what factors affect on their motivation and what not, and what should be done, to improve motivation in their organization. We have came to the conclusion, that leadership is commited to the motivation of their employees in the organization X and that the most motivational factors of employees are: communication, interesting work and good relationships. Employees are satisfied with the work they are doing in the organization X, but they think that leading people can increase motivation of their employees with providing bigger salaries and progression opportunities.
