Abstract:	Podjetje Helios d.o.o. je sestavljeno podjetje za kapitalske naložbe in razvoj, ki že vrsto let zaseda vodilne položaje tako pri proizvodnji kot pri prodaji lakov, barv in umetnih smol. Podjetje ima okrog 780 zaposlenih. Leto 2010 je v veliki meri zaznamovala gospodarska kriza, ki je zahtevala prilagoditev tudi na področju ravnanja s kadri. Podjetje se zaveda, kako pomembni so za doseganje ciljev uspešni zaposleni, zato je izbira novih ljudi pomembna poslovna odločitev. Razvoj in uspešnost podjetja zahtevata obsežna in usmerjena vlaganja v znanje in sposobnosti zaposlenih. Vsak zaposlen je soodgovoren za svoj razvoj, podjetje pa ga pri tem ustrezno podpira in spodbuja. Zato se v podjetju v zadnjem času še bolj posvečajo usposabljanju in motivaciji zaposlenih. V diplomskem delu sem predstavila aktivnosti na kadrovskem področju, predvsem proces zaposlovanja kadrov s teoretičnega vidika. Po splošni predstavitvi podjetja sem v empiričnem delu predstavila proces zaposlovanja kadrov v podjetju Helios d.o.o. Na osnovi zbranih informacij sklepam, da je v podjetju je kadrovska služba zelo dobro organizirana in skupaj z vodstvom podjetja kvalitetno izvaja ne le ožji del v procesu zaposlovanja kadrov, ampak celotno kadrovsko funkcijo.

Title:	MANPOWER EMPLOYMENT PROCES IN THE COMPANY HELIOS
Abstract:	The working organization Helios is constituent establishment of investment and development which has been occupying leading position as by production of varnish, colours and bitumens as by selling them for many years. The factory employs about 780 workmen. The year 2010 was strongly marked by the economic crisis, which made it necessary to apply adaptations in the field of human resources as well. The organization is quite conscious how important are successful workers, so the choice of new ones is very important business decision. Development and success of the company demand extensive and directed deposition into knowledge and capacity of workers. Everyone is responsible for his/her own development and the company gives him/her corresponding support and encouragement. The company has been lately dedicated more and more to qualification and motivation of all workers. In my diploma task I have represented activities of personnel especially proceeding of employment from theoretical point of view. At a general presentation of the company, in the framework of a case study, I have presented the process of hiring staff in the Helios company. In view of all the relevant information collected so far it is obvious that the Personnel Management in your company is well organized and that together with the Executive management of the company it runs not only the basic process of staff employment but is actually entirely in charge of human resources.
