Abstract:	Ženska ima dandanes težko nalogo. Poleg enakopravnosti, ki si jo ženske že vrsto let skušamo izboriti, moramo opravljati še vrsto nalog, ki izhajajo še iz preteklosti. Moramo biti dobre žene, mame in pridne gospodinje. Seveda se pri vsem tem težko najde čas za razmišljanje o podjetniški ideji in roko na srce, to opravilo je vrsto let pripadalo moškim, do sedaj. Žalostno je, da je danes vse več žensk brezposelnih in vsaka prva zaposlitev žensk, predvsem mladih, je težja kot je bila včasih. Tudi Evropska komisija je ugotovila, da je potrebna dodatna spodbuda. Če pogledamo statistične podatke ugotovimo, da smo ženske bolj racionalne, potrebujemo več podpore, predvsem pa delamo bolj premišljeno. Žensko podjetništvo v Sloveniji počasi narašča, a vendar, če nas primerjamo z ZDA, so ženske tam po podjetništvu skoraj izenačene z moškimi. Na temo ženskega podjetništva je bilo že veliko napisanega, vendar se pomena žensk kot podjetnic še premalo zavedamo in premalo vemo o njem. Predmet diplomskega seminarja je predstavitev podjetništva in proučevanje ženskega podjetništva s teoretične in empirične plati na območju savinjsko šaleške regije (v nadaljevanju SAŠA regija).

Title:	FEMALE ENTERPRENEURSHIP IN THE SAŠA REGION
Abstract:	A woman today has a difficult task. In addition to equality, a woman who for many years trying to get it, we perform a series of tasks stemming from the past. We have to be good wives, mothers and diligent housewives. Of course, all this hard to find time to think about a business idea, and frankly, this task was for many years belonged to men, until now. It is sad that today more and more women is unemployed and first job, especially for young people, is more difficult to find than it was before. The European Commissiom has determined that there should be an inspiration to solve those problems. Looking at the statistics we find, that women are more rational, we need more support, in particular, we do more carefully. Female entrepreneurship in Slovenia is rising slowly, but still, if we compare with U.S,, women are almost there after a business equal to men. On the topic of female entrepreneurship has already been written, but the importance od women as entrepreneurs are not sufficiently aware od and we know too little about it. The subject of the diploma seminar is to present the study od entrepreneurship and female entrepreneurship from theoretical and empirical aspect of the SAŠA region.
