Abstract:	Elektronsko poslovanje ločimo med podjetji, med podjetji in potrošniki, med potrošniki, med podjetji in javno oz. državno upravo, med državljani in javno oz. državno upravo in znotraj javne oz. državne uprave. Prednosti e-poslovanja za podjetja se pojavijo z bolj preglednim poslovanjem, s hitrejšimi storitvami, z višjo kakovostjo storitev, z manj napakami pri delu itd. E-račun izdajatelju omogoča enostavno elektronsko pošiljanje računov, prejemniku pa enostavno plačilo. Elektronska oblika poslovanja je nadomestilo klasičnemu papirnemu poslovanju. Prejemnik plača račun z enim samim klikom, kar pomeni enostavnejše plačevanje in tudi varovanje okolja, saj ni toliko papirnatih dokumentov. Obstajajo različni modeli izdajanja in prejemanja e-računov: preslikavanje e-računa, izolirani model e-računa, e-račun z uporabo spletnih obrazcev ter e-račun preko ponudnika storitev. Največji poslovni učinek se doseže, ko uspemo elektronsko povezati večino svojih partnerjev, saj se lahko le na ta način ukine ali minimizira količina tradicionalnih papirnih dokumentov. Veliko pozornost je treba nameniti zagotavljanju ustreznega nivoja varnosti. To se pa doseže z elektronskim podpisom. Elektronski podpis je elektronski ekvivalent lastnoročnega podpisa, ki zagotavlja avtentikacijo podpisnika. Zagotavlja pa tudi celovitost sporočila, in tako podpisnik ne more zanikati, da je podpisal dokument. Elektronsko izmenjavo računov podpira veliko podjetij in tudi veliko bank. Sčasoma bo teh še več. Podjetje Mariborski vodovod daje velik poudarek poslovni informatiki in je prvo podjetje, ki je vpeljalo plačevanje položnic preko SMS sporočila. Je družbeno odgovorno podjetje, in tudi trudijo približati storitve tako tehnološko naprednim, kot tistim s posebnimi potrebami. Primer tega je prikaz internetne strani za slepe in slabovidne. V podjetju pa si zelo želijo uvesti e-račune. In ta aplikacija je trenutno v preizkušanju. Pričakujejo, da bo način spletnega plačevanja položnic prevladal v dveh do treh letih. Za ta rezultat se bo potrebno zelo potruditi in z različnimi načini motivirati uporabnike.

Title:	INTRODUCTION OF E-INVOICES IN COMPANY MARIBORSKI VODOVOD
Abstract:	We distinguish electronic commerce among companies, between companies and consumers, among consumers, between companies and public administration and state administration respectively, between citizens and public administration and state administration respectively, and inside public administration and state administration respectively. The advantages of e-commerce for companies show up in more transparent business, faster services, higher quality of services, with fewer mistakes at work, etc. E-invoice allows the issuer easy electronic transmission of invoices while it allows the receiver an easy payment. Electronic form of commerce is a compensation to traditional paper business. The receiver pays a bill with a single click, which means easier payment and also protecting the environment, since there are not so much paper documents. There are different models of issuing and receiving e-invoice: scanning e- invoice, isolated model of e- invoice, e- invoice using the online forms and e- invoice through provider of services. The biggest commercial effect will be achieved when we manage to connect online to most of our partners because only in this way you can do away with or minimize the amount of traditional paper documents. Great attention should be paid to ensuring adequate level of security. This is achieved by an electronic signature. The electronic signature is an electronic equivalent of handwritten signature to ensure authentication of the signatory. It provides a message integrity as well, and so a signatory can not deny that he or she signed the document. Many companies and many banks also support the electronic exchange of invoices. It will be more of them yet in the course of time. Maribor plumbing company places great emphasis on business informatics and it is the first company that introduced the payment of bills via SMS. It is a socially responsible company and they try to bring services to technologically advanced people and those with special needs. An example of this is a demonstration of a website for blind and partially sighted. It is much desired in the company to introduce e-invoicing. And this application is currently in testing. It is expected to paying bills online mode will prevail in two to three years time. There will be necessary to make great effort for this result and the different ways to motivate users.
