Abstract:Finančna kriza je na Evropskih tleh izbruhnila proti koncu leta 2008, prve napovedi o recesiji v ZDA so se pojavile že leto poprej. V Sloveniji se je kriza začela kazati septembra 2008, ko so številna podjetja dobila napovedi o zmanjšanju naročil. Prva je bila prizadeta avtomobilska industrija, ki ji je kasneje sledilo gradbeništvo. Svet se je moral soočit z največjo krizo po svetovni gospodarski depresiji v 30. letih prejšnjega stoletja. Med poglavitne vzroke za nastanek aktualne finančne in gospodarske krize prištevam: nastanek in pok nepremičninskega balona v ZDA, prekomerno potrošnjo v ZDA, premajhno regulacijo finančnega sektorja in človeški pohlep. Glavnina naloge obsega trenutno finančno in gospodarsko krizo, njenih vzrokov in posledic, ki so privedli do nje. Cilj diplomske naloge je pojasniti reševanje in obvladovanje krize na mikro in makro nivoju, ter njenih ukrepov s katerimi so ZDA in Evropska unija poskušali ublažiti krizo. Na začetku diplomskega dela je izpostavljenih nekaj pomembnejših kriz 20. stoletja.

Title:FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC CRISIS 2008
Abstract:Financial crisis has erupted on European soil in late 2008; the first predictions of a recession in the U.S. have already emerged a year before. In Slovenia, the crisis took hold in September 2008, when many companies get forecasts fall in orders. The first hit was the automotive industry, which was later followed by construction sector. The Council has faced its worst crisis since the global economic depression in 1930. Among the main causes of current financial and economic crisis I consider the following factors: the emergence and boom housing bubble in the U.S. over-consumption in the U.S. under-regulation of the financial sector and human greed. The aim of the thesis is to clarify the rescue and crisis management at the micro and macro level, and its actions with the United States and European Union trying to alleviate the crisis.
