Abstract:	Slovensko besedje so v preteklosti jezikoslovci zbirali in dopolnjevali ter izdali v mnogih splošnih in strokovnih slovarjih. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge sem se osredotočila na predstavitev pomembnejših slovarjev slovenskega knjižnega jezika in jezikovnih korpusov. Temelj vseh je še danes Slovar slovenskega knjižnega jezika, ki je bil najprej izdan v petih knjigah, kasneje v eni sami; zadnja verzija tega slovarja pa je v elektronski izdaji. Podrobneje me je zanimalo slovensko besedje po izdaji Slovarja slovenskega knjižnega jezika, pri čemer je zajeto besedje v obdobju zadnjih dvajsetih let, t. i. novejša leksika. Primerjanje novejše slovenske leksike z novejšo leksiko slovanskih narodov z vidika obdelovanja in zbiranja novejšega leksikografskega gradiva me je vodilo k vrednotenju slovenskega napredka. Cilj praktičnega dela diplomske naloge je bila besednovrstna in pomenska obdelava besed iz kartoteke za izdelavo slovarja slovenskega knjižnega jezika, ki še niso bile uporabljene, obdelane in vknjižene. Pri raziskovanju informacij v teoretičnem delu in pri analizi besed v praktičnem delu diplomskega dela sem uporabila razne metode, in sicer deskriptivne in komparativne metode v teoretičnem delu, metodo klasifikacije pa v praktičnem delu. Raziskovala sem s pomočjo raznih monografij, člankov iz slovenskih in tujih znanstvenih revij, s pomočjo jezikovnih korpusov, slovarjev in spleta. Zaradi primernih raziskovalnih metod in uporabljenih virov je analiza besed v praktičnem delu obdelana kvalitetno in po pravilih slovaropisja. Pomenska razlaga besed je strokovno in jasno zapisana, prav tako tudi slovnična dopolnila. Informacije o novejši slovenski in slovanski leksiki so v grobem zbrane na enem mestu in predstavljajo lažji vpogled v trenutno stanje novejšega besedja pri nas in drugod.

Title:	Part-of-speech and semantic analysis of unanalyzed words from the card index of the Dictionary of Standard Slovene Language and the Slovene Language Corpus (from babako to bebop)
Abstract:	The Slovene vocabulary has in the past been collected and revised by linguists and published in a number of general dictionaries and glossaries. In the theoretic part of my thesis I focused on the presentation of the more important dictionaries of Slovene language and Slovene language corpora. The foundation for all of them remains the Dictionary of Standard Slovene (Slovar slovenskega knjižnega jezika), which was initially published in five volumes and later in a single book; its most recent version is available in digital form. The focus of my thesis was on Slovene vocabulary after the Dictionary of Standard Slovene was published, which includes the vocabulary of the last two decades, i.e. the newer lexis. Comparing the newer Slovene lexis with the newer lexis of Slavic nations from the aspect of analysing and collecting newer lexicographic materials led me to assessing the progress of Slovene. The objective of the practical part of my thesis was to carry out a word class and semantic analysis of words from the file for creating the Dictionary of Standard Slovene containing words that have not yet been used, analysed or entered into the register. In the information research in the theoretical part and in the word analysis in the practical part of my thesis I used various research methods, namely descriptive and comparative methods in the theoretical part and the classification method in the practical part. In my research I used a number of monographs, articles from Slovene and foreign scientific journals, language corpora, dictionaries and web sources. Due to suitable research methods and used sources the word analysis in the practical part was done at a high quality level and according to the rules of lexicography. The semantic explanation of the words is written professionally and comprehensibly, just like the grammatical supplement. General information about the newer Slovene and Slavic lexis is compiled in one place and offers a comprehensible insight into the current state of the newer lexis in Slovenia and elsewhere.
