Abstract:	Izobrazba je dejavnik, ki vpliva na dosego zastavljenih življenjskih ciljev posameznika. Svojo ambicioznost lahko pokažemo že med študijem, saj nam fakultete nudijo veliko možnosti za udejstvovanje v različnih obštudijskih dejavnostih. Organizacije, ki med drugim vključujejo tudi mednarodno izmenjavo študentov si zaradi vse večjega obsega zaslužijo prav posebno mesto v sistemu izobraževanja. Tovrstne organizacije so zelo koristne ne le za posameznika, pač pa tudi iz vidika širše skupnosti. Vse hitrejši razvoj in spremembe vplivajo tudi na znanje, ki hitro zastareva, zato je nenehno izobraževanje nujno potrebno. Takšno neformalno izobraževanje nam lahko pomaga pri razvijanju osebnih potencialov, od posameznika pa je odvisno, v kolikšni meri te možnosti izkoristi. Predpostavljamo, da so zato študentje, ki so člani društev, kot je na primer AIESEC, najverjetneje v prednosti pred ostalimi študenti, ki svojih potencialov med študijem ne razvijajo. Ali je temu res tako, smo se želeli prepričati v pričujočem diplomskem delu. Za tako temo smo se odločili, zaradi poznavanja društva ter zaupanja organizaciji AIESEC. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili vidike mednarodne izmenjave študentov, Fakulteto za organizacijske vede in društva, ki so prisotna ter aktivna na fakulteti. Rdeča nit diplomskega dela predstavlja predstavitev terciarnega izobraževanja v Sloveniji in pogoje, ki v notranjem in zunanjem okolju fakultete spremljajo študentje. V empiričnem delu pa smo s pomočjo ankete opravili raziskavo, ki je zajemala manjši vzorec študentov Fakultete za organizacijske vede Kranj. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti poznavanje delovanja mednarodne študentske organizacije AIESEC in posreden vpliv aktivne vključenosti na znanje ter prednosti pred drugimi študenti.

Title:	ADVANTAGES FOR STUDENTS UM FOV OF JOINING IN AIESEC
Abstract:	Education is a factor in achieving the life goals of the individual. Our ambition may show while studying, as many faculties provide opportunities for participating in various extracurricular activities. Organizations, which among other things also include international student exchanges, because of their expansion, deserve a special place in the education system. Such organizations are very useful not only for individuals but also from the perspective of the wider community. All the more rapid development and changes also affect our knowledge which is becoming obsolete rapidly, so continuing education is urgently needed. Such non-formal education can help us develop our personal potential, but it is up to the individual to seize the opportunity. We assume therefore that students who are members of associations such as AIESEC, for example, are probably at an advantage over other students whose potentials were not developed during studying. Is this really so, we wanted to make sure in the present thesis. We chose this topic because we trust and believe in organization AIESEC. In the theoretical part we presented aspects of international exchange students, the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and societies that are present and active in the Faculty. The common thread of the thesis presentation is tertiary education in Slovenia and the conditions of internal and external environment ot the faculty accompaning students. In the empirical part, we used a survey to conduct a study, which included a smaller sample of students of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Kranj. The purpose of the study was to determine knowledge of international student organization AIESEC and the indirect impact of active involvement on knowledge and advantage over other students.
