Abstract:ERP rešitve so za današnja podjetja ena izmed ključnih sestavin poslovanja. SAP R/3 in NAV sta celoviti informacijski rešitvi. V zadnjem delu diplomskega seminarja sledi primerjava obeh ERP rešitev, izpostavili smo skupne točke in primerjali njuni metodologiji uvajanja.

Title:COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF ERP SYSTEMS SAP AND MICROSOFT DYNAMICS NAV
Abstract:ERP solutions are today key ingredients for companies and their business. These are the key factors for company to continuously progress and to be competitive on today's market. But unfortunately the development of these solutions is very expensive and so companies do not have the budget to develop their own ERP solutions. Thusly they rather let the experts of the field handle the problem and implement a pre-made solution into their business process. The supply of the solutions is very great. So the companies have a lot to choose from and have to overwiev the business process very thoroughly so they will be able to choose they right solution. Furthermore, SAP R/3 and NAV are ERP solutions with a difference for which country thesse solutions are programmed. SAP R/3 is programmed for medium-sized and large companies meanwhile NAV is programmed for smaller and medium-sized companies (Microsoft has developed the solution called Microsoft Dynamics AX for large companies). Their joint feature is their modular composition with a lot of modules that can either be bought or left out depending of what kind of options the company wants. The implementation of both solutions is nearly the same with a difference in fase of implementation. Sap R/3's ASAP has five fases while Nav's SureStep has six fases with an option to expand the six fase implementation with two more fases. In the last part of the graduate seminar will take part the comparative analysis of both solutions, where the common points are presented with their implementation methodology.
