Abstract:Povpraševanje po turizmu je relativno mlada veda, saj so ga začeli raziskovati pozno oziroma šele takrat, ko je število turistov začelo močno naraščati, kar je bila posledica predvsem zaradi dostopnejših cen in pravičnejši razdelitvi dohodka.

Title:EFFECTS OF DEMAND FACTORS ON THE SLOVENIAN TOURISTS CAPACITIES BY AUSTRIAN TURISTS
Abstract:Tourism inquiry is a relatively new science, with research starting only after the number of tourist began to increase strongly, which was mainly the result of more accessible costs and a fairer division of income. In this paper the main focus was on the impact of certain factors on the inquiry of Austrian tourists on Slovenia, who represented 11% of all tourists in Slovenia, putting them on fourth place of the most numerous tourists in the country. Using the model we proved that income, costs and habits influence the inquiry of Austrian tourists. In the model we included income as gross domestic product per capita of Slovenia and Austria. The costs were verified with including the cost-of-living index of Slovenia and the index of lodging prices and hotel trade in Slovenia as explicative variables. Habits are expressed through the deferrable dependant variable of inquiry. A great deal of authors who worked on researching tourism inquiry is in accordance that a perfect model does not exist, which also attested in this paper. More variables, which were described in this paper, could have been included in the model, however they seem to appear insignificant or the data is very difficult to authenticate.
