Abstract:
Problematika povezana z arhivskim gradivom se iz dneva v dan veča. Podjetja so prišla do spoznanja, da je na področju vodenja arhiva veliko priložnosti za zmanjševanje stroškov. Vzporedno s spoznanji podjetij in razvijanjem strojne ter programske opreme se je začel razvijati tudi trg elektronskega arhiviranja. Elektronsko arhiviranje dokumentarnega gradiva je le majhen del celovitega elektronskega poslovanja podjetja in del upravljanja poslovnih procesov v podjetjih. A zato njegova vloga v poslovanju podjetij ni nikakor brezpredmetna temveč predstavlja velik potencial pri maksimizaciji vseh poslovnih proces in nižanju stroškov. V diplomskem seminarju smo pojasnili osnovne pojme, ki jih srečujemo pri uporabi elektronskega arhiviranja in zakonodajo povezano z njim ter opisali njegove prednosti in slabosti. Za zaključek smo predstavili slovenske in tuje ponudnike elektronskega arhiviranja in jih primerjali, da bi ocenili kakšno ponudbo imajo slovenska podjetja na domačem trgu elektronskega arhiviranja.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE ELECTRONIC ARCHIVING SOLUTIONS
Abstract:
Problems associated with archive material is growing every day. The companies are recognizing that having an electronic archive is oportunity for cutting costs. Parallel with companies recognition and development of hardware and software, the market of electronic arcihiving was started to develope. Electronic archiving of archive material is just a small part of companies comprehensive electronic business and part of document management. Overall it's role is not irrelevant actually it is a large potencial in maximization of all business processes and cutting costs. In graduate seminar we explained basic terms in use of electronic archiving, legislation related with it and it's advantages and weaknesess. For conclusion we had presented some of slovenian and global providers of electronic archiving and compare them, so we could assess choises of slovenian companies on electronic archivinh home market.
