Abstract:	Diplomsko delo zajema predstavitev elektronskega poslovanja in spletnih storitev za fizične osebe z uporabo digitalnega potrdila certifikatske agencije Pošta®ca. Zaradi nekaterih bistvenih značilnosti elektronskega poslovanja, ki jih klasično poslovanje ne pozna smo poudarek diplomskega dela namenili splošni predstavitvi elektronskega poslovanja, zakonodaji in varnostnim mehanizmom v elektronskem poslovanju, digitalnemu potrdilu in prevzemu le tega, ter na izbranih primerih prikazali možnosti uporabe digitalnega potrdila v elektronskem poslovanju. Drugo poglavje zajema teoretično predstavitev elektronskega poslovanja. S pojmom elektronsko poslovanje ( angl. electronic commerce ) opisujemo kakršne koli oblike elektronskih poslov, ki potekajo po informacijskih in komunikacijskih poteh. Podrobneje smo opisali tudi internet na osnovi katerega se je razvilo elektronsko poslovanje. V nadaljevanju drugega poglavja smo opisali razvoj, uporabnike, vrste, razloge za uvajanje in koristi, ter prednosti in slabosti elektronskega poslovanja. V tretjem poglavju smo podrobno opisali različne mehanizme zagotavljanja varnosti v elektronskem poslovanju. Kajti le z zagotavljanjem visoke varnosti v elektronskih storitvah bomo dosegli zaupanje pri uporabnikih in s tem množično uporabo. Četrto poglavje zajema predstavitev overitelja digitalnih potrdil certifikatsko agencijo Pošta®ca. V nadaljevanju poglavja smo podrobneje predstavili vrste in cene digitalnih potrdil, pridobitev le teh, kako poteka postopek pridobitve digitalnega potrdila in na koncu poglavja tudi kako ga lahko trajno ali začasno prekličemo zaradi izgube ali zlorabe. Elektronsko poslovanje se v Sloveniji še vedno uporablja relativno malo. Uporablja se v večini primerov za pridobitev informacij. Pri naprednejših elektronskih storitvah posamezniki vse pogosteje segajo po elektronskem bančništvu in spletnih nakupih v glavnem zaradi bistveno nižjih cen storitev in izdelkov. V velikem porastu so elektronske storitve z državo. Pri teh storitvah je neizbežno srečanje z digitalnimi potrdili, katerih uporabo in delovanje bomo predstavili na izbranih praktičnih primerih v zadnjem delu diplomske naloge.

Title:	THE USE OF DIGITAL CERTIFICATE POŠTARCA IN ELECTRONIC COMMERCE
Abstract:	This diploma paper contains a presentation of electronic commerce and online services for individuals using digital certificates of the certification authority Pošta®ca. Due to some essential features of electronic commerce which are unknown to conventional business operations, this paper focuses on the general presentation of electronic commerce, its legislation and safety mechanisms, the digital certificate itself and its application, as well as to demonstrate the potentials and possibilities of using digital certificates in electronic commerce. The second section consists of a theoretical presentation of electronic commerce. The term electronic commerce itself is used to describe any form of electronic transactions which are carried out through information and communication channels. A detailed description of the internet, which has been the basis for the development of online businesses, is also included. In continuation, the second section describes the development of e-business, its users, types, reasons for its introduction, benefits, as well as its advantages and disadvantages. In the third section the various mechanisms to ensure security in electronic commerce has been described in detail. Only through providing high security electronic services, user confidence and, consequently, mass deployment can be achieved. The fourth section includes a presentation of a certificate authority, the certification agency Pošta®ca. In continuation of this chapter, issues like the types and prices of digital certificates, their acquisition, the procedure for their acquisition and, at the end of the section, how they can be permanently or temporarily revoked due to loss or misuse have been presented in detail. Electronic Commerce in Slovenia is still relatively little used. In most cases it is used to obtain information. More advanced electronic services are being increasingly used by individuals for electronic banking and online shopping, mainly due to significantly lower prices for services and products. However, electronic services between individuals and the state have been on the increase. When working with these services, it is inevitable to avoid using digital certificates whose use and functions are presented on selected practical examples in the last part of this paper.
