Abstract:	V zadnjih letih sta gospodarski in finančni pritisk glavna dejavnika, ki sta najpogosteje zaznamovala usodo številnih podjetij ter posledično povzročila propad še tako uspešnega podjetja. Da bi podjetja preživela ali celo izkoristila spremembe in pritiske, ki so nastali v času globalne gospodarske krize, so primorana sproti opazovati, ocenjevati in analizirati dogajanja v svojem poslovanju. Skozi diplomski seminar smo poskušali s teoretičnega vidika opredeliti splošni pojem organizacije, organizacijsko strukturo, vplivne dejavnike ter oblike organizacijskih struktur. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega seminarja smo še opredelili pojem prestrukturiranje, razloge ter proces prestrukturiranja. V praktičnem delu diplomskega seminarja smo izvedli analizo organizacijskih struktur na primeru podjetja Talum d.d., ki je z začetkom tega leta začelo uporabljati novo organizacijsko strukturo. Analizirali smo staro organizacijsko strukturo ter novo organizacijsko strukturo, napisali najpomembnejše razloge za prestrukturiranje, kadrovske spremembe v novi organizaciji ter proces prestrukturiranja. Na koncu diplomskega seminarja smo podali ugotovitve med staro organizacijsko strukturo in novo organizacijsko strukturo ter predloge za izboljšave in nadgradnjo le-teh ugotovitev.

Title:	ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE ANALYSIS OF THE COMPANY TALUM LTD
Abstract:	In recent years, economic and financial pressures were key factors, that marked the fate of many companies, resulting in the collapse of even the most successful ones. In order for the companies to survive or even benefit from changes and pressures that occured during the global economic crisis, they are forced to constantly observe, evaluate and analyze their own business. Throughout this seminar, we tried to define the general concept of organization, organizational structure, influental factors and forms of organizational structures from the theoretical perspective. We also defined the concept of restructuring, the reasons for it and the restructuring process itself. In the practical part of the seminar, we carried out an analysis of organizational structures in company Talum d.d., which started using new organizational structure at the start of this year. We analyzed the old and new organizational structure, stated the most important reasons for restructuring, personnel changes in the new organization and the restructuring process. At the end of seminar, we presented the findings between the old and the new organizational structure and suggestions for improvements and upgrading this findings.
