Abstract:Obveznosti delavcev določa Zakon o delovnih razmerjih, urejajo pa jih tudi drugi predpisi, kolektivne pogodbe, splošni akti delodajalca in pogodba o zaposlitvi. ZDR nalaga nekatere obveznosti že kadidatu, to je delavcu, ki se pogaja za sklenitev pogodbe o zaposlitvi. Kandidat je dolžan delodajalcu predložiti dokazila o izpolnjevanju pogojev za opravljanje dela in ga obvestiti o dejstvih in okoliščinah, ki so mu znane in so pomembne za delovno razmerje. Delavec mora osebno in vestno opravljati delo, za katero je sklenil pogodbo o zaposlitvi, v času in kraju, ki sta določena s pogodbo o zaposlitvi, upoštevajoč organizacijo dela in poslovanje pri delodajalcu. Kadar to zahtevajo nujne okoliščine, je delavec dolžan opravljati drugo delo, dodatno in nadurno delo. Delavec je dolžan upoštevati zahteve in navodila delodajalca in se permanentno izobraževati, usposabljati in izpopolnjevati. V času trajanja delovnega razmerja je delavec dolžan delodajalca obveščati o bistvenih okoliščinah, ki vplivajo ali bi lahko vplivale na izpolnjevanje pogodbenih in drugih obveznosti. Delavec ima dolžnost, da spoštuje in izvaja predpise o varnosti in zdravju pri delu in da delo opravlja pazljivo. Delavec ne sme škodovati poslovnim interesom delodajalca, zato se je dolžan vdržati ravnanj, ki delodajalcu materialno in moralno škodujejo in ravnaj, ki za delodajalca pomenijo ali bi lahko pomenile konkurenco. Delavec ščiti poslovne interese delodajalca tudi tako, da varuje njegove poslovne skrivnosti. ZDR omogoča, da delavec in delodajalec skleneta dogovor, na podlagi katerega se je delavec dolžan vzdržati opravljanja konkurečne dejavnosti tudi po prenehanju delovnega razmerja. Hrvaški zakonodajalec je obveznosti delavcev določil v Zakonu o radu. Med pravnima ureditvama ni bistvenih vsebinskih razlik.

Title:EMPLOYEES OBLIGATIONS
Abstract:Obligations of employees provided by Zakon o delovnih razmerjih and shall be governed by other rules, collective agreements and general acts of the employers and employment contract. ZDR imposes certain obligations have a candidate, this is an employee, who is negotiating to conclude the employment contract. The candidate must provide evidence of employer eligibility to perform work and inform on the facts and circumstances which are known and are relevant to the employment relationship. The employee must pesonally and diligently perform the work for which has concluded an employment contract, at the time and place, which are specified by employment contract, taking into account the organization of work and business of the employer. When emergency circumstances require, the employee is obligated to undertake other work, additional and overtime work. Employee is obligated to comply the requirements and instructions of the employer and is continuing to educate, train and improve. During the period of employment the employee is obliged to inform the employer of the relevant circumstances which affect or could affect the performance of the contractual and other obligations. The employee has a duty to respect and implement the regulations on safety and health at work and that work is done carefully. The employee must not impair the employers business interests and must withstand the practices that the employer materially or morally harmful and act, which the employer consitute or could constitute a competition. Protects the employee and employer enter into an agreement that the employee is obliged to refrain from competitive activities to provide after termination of employment. Croation legislature established the obligation of Zakon o radu. Rules and regulations are not significatly different.
