Keywords:Slovenija, Madžarska, stopnja razvitosti, storitve, raven cen, censka pariteta, censka dispariteta, bruto domači proizvod in inflacija.

Title:ECONOMIC TREND AND PRICE COMPARISON OF SERVICES BETWEEN SLOVENIA AND HUNGARY
Abstract:In this diploma seminar paper we have proven ‒ by using a census of service prices in Hungary and Slovenia and by calculations ‒ that the Slovenian economy is more developed than Hungarian. All data on the economies of both countries show that Slovenia is closer to the EU-27 average. Our calculations show that in March 2010 the price level of services in Slovenia was 28 % higher than in Hungary. At the same time, the Slovenian GDP per capita was 36 % higher than the Hungarian. Therefore, we can establish that higher economic development correlates with higher price levels.
Keywords:Slovenia, Hungary, the level of development, services, price levels, pricing parity, pricing disparity, gross domestic product and inflation.
