Abstract:V magistrskem delu je predstavljena prenova klasične stanovanjske hiše v energetsko samozadostno hišo. Preučili smo vse toplotne izgube stanovanjske hiše nakar smo na podlagi le teh s tehničnega vidika proučili in dizajnirali primerno toplotno črpalko. Za kritje celotnih električnih izgub energije, smo na podlagi izračunov izbrali še primerno sončno elektrarno. V drugem delu smo celoten projekt ovrednotili še iz ekonomskega vidika. Z uporabo različnih ekonomskih metod smo raziskali upravičenost investicije. Analizirali smo različne stroškovne elemente kot so letni stroški, začetno stanje, stroški dela in vzdrževanja, inflacija, čas vračanja vloženih sredstev in upravičenost v naložbo.

Title:Ensuring energy self sufficiency of a residental house
Abstract:In the thesis the renovation of a traditional family house into an energy self-sufficient house is presented. The aim was to minimise pollution caused from heating and cooling on one hand, while lowering the operational costs of a house at the same time. The first part includes a description of the characteristics of a low-energy house and a presentation of technical systems. Special emphasis was put on the physical and chemical characteristics of a heat pump and photovoltaic modules, with the presentation of energy use for the operation of the entire system. A heat loss analysis for the entire family house was made, which served as a basis for the technical analysis and appropriate heat pump design. To cover electricity losses a suitable photovoltaic power plant was selected based on calculations. The second part includes an economic evaluation of the project. The eligibility of the investment was researched using different economic methodology. An analysis of various cost elements was made, such as annual costs, initial state, works and maintenance costs, inflation, invested assets return period and investment eligibility. Furthermore the state aid in the form of grants was also presented. The master's thesis was based on the following assumptions, namely that the existing building and sanitation water heating system isn't economically justified, that it can be replaced with a heat pump, that the required electric power for the selected family house can be provided from a solar energy source and that enough data would be gathered for the cost estimate of the investment.
Keywords:energy self – sufficiency, heat pump, photovoltaic power plant, residential house, transmission calculation, cost justification analysis, period of returning investment
