Abstract:	Diplomsko delo obravnava pomen krize, vrste in razvoj krize v podjetju, razreševanje krize z ustreznimi ukrepi kriznega managementa in prenovo organizacije. Razdeljeno je na tri smiselne dele, kjer v prvem obravnavam pomen besede kriza, razvoj krize in vrste kriz. Poleg tega obravnavam simptome, vzroke, in povode za krizo in nenazadnje značilne reakcije udeležencev v poslovnem procesu organizacije. V drugem delu obravnavam krizni management. Kaj to sploh pomeni, kakšne so naloge kriznega managerja. Osredotočila sem se na ukrepe na vseh področjih, ki se jih krizni management poslužuje in na napake, ki jih pri tem počne. V tretjem delu govorim o strategijah za izhod iz krize oziroma o strategijah za prenovo organizacije. Na praktičnem primeru podjetja Steklarna Luminos d. o. o. sem prikazala načrt prestrukturiranja.

Title:	CRISIS MANAGEMENT
Abstract:	This diploma seminar paper deals with the importance of the crisis, nature of the crisis and the development of the crisis in the company. It also deals with resolving the crisis, with appropriate measures of crisis management and with reconstruction of the organization. It is divided into three logical parts, from which the first part is focused on the meaning of the word crisis, the development of the crisis and the types of crises. I have also mentioned the symptoms, causes and triggers of the crisis, and last but not least the typical reactions of the participants in the business process organization. The second part is focused on the crisis management, on the idea of the word itself and on the tasks of the crisis manager. I have focused on measures which are used by the crisis management in all areas of the business process,and on mistakes that might occur during this process. Final part is focused on strategies for overcoming the crisis, and on strategies for the reconstruction of the organization . As an example I showed the plan of the restructruction of the Steklarna Luminos d. o. o.
