Abstract:
Lokalne samouprave za izvrševanje nalog potrebujejo finančna sredstva. Financirajo se iz lastnih virov, državno izravnavo in z zadolževanjem. V diplomskem seminarju predstavljam proračun občine Lendava, z razčlenitvijo prihodkovne in odhodkovne strani proračuna občine, predstavitev pridobivanja sredstev iz skladov Evropske unije in obravnava aktualnih problemov na lokalni ravni ter vloga občine pri razreševanju problemov.

Abstract:
Local self- goverment to perform required resources. Financed from own recources, the state equalization and borrow. In research seminar explain the budget Lendava municipality with the breakdown of revenue and expenditures side of the municipal budget, the presentation of funding to the European Union and discusses corrent problems at the local level and the role of municipalities in solving problems.
