Abstract:
V nalogi smo predstavili osnovne koncepte metode ekološkega oblikovanja. S pomočjo teoretičnih spoznanj, zakonskih zahtev in analiz referenčih primerov smo oblikovali parametre za ekološko oblikovanje stavb v Sloveniji. Parametre smo razdelili glede na njihov vpliv na posamezne prioritete varovanja okolja (ohranjane narave in biotske raznovrstnosti, kakovost življenja in klimatske spremembe ter odpadki). V praktičnem delu naloge smo analizirali lokacijo na območju občine Kungota in s pomočjo parametrov za ekološko oblikovanje stavb oblikovali enodružinsko hišo.

Title:
ECO-DESIGN OF A SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE
Abstract:
In the thesis we have presented the basic concepts of eco-design methods. With the help of theoretical knowledge, legal requirements and the reference-case analysis, we formed the parameters for the eco-design of buildings in Slovenia. We devided the parameters according to their impact on enviromental priorities( nature and biodiversity, quality of life and climate change, and waste and material flow). In the practical part we analyzed the location in the municipality Kungota and used the eco-design parameters for designing a single-family house.
