Abstract:	V diplomskem seminarju smo se osredotočili na potencialne možnosti razvoja izbranih zvrsti turizma, s katerimi bi lahko pomembno zapolnili obstoječo turistično ponudbo v občini Krško. V prvem poglavju smo opredelili področje raziskave in opredelili problem, ki je pritegnil našo pozornost, namen, cilje in osnovne trditve, ki smo jih dokazovali v diplomskem seminarju. Drugo poglavje je predstavljal teoretični del, v katerem smo se seznanili z elementi turistične ponudbe, ki so potencialno relevantni za razvoj turizma v občini Krško. Najprej smo opredelili osnovne pojme vinskega turizma ter povzeli bistvene prednosti in slabosti. Kot pomemben element vinskega turizma smo v nadaljevanju predstavili zidaniški turizem, preko katerega smo opredelili njegove glavne značilnosti, ga opisali kot turistični potencial na podeželju ter opisali vizijo razvoja v prihodnosti. Kot zadnji potencialni element smo opredelili še izletniški turizem. Tretje poglavje je bilo namenjeno turistični ponudbi ter možnostim za prihodnji razvoj vinskega turizma v občini Krško. Na začetku poglavja smo na kratko predstavili občino Krško in navedli glavne statistične podatke. Nadaljevali smo z opredelitvijo stanja turistične ponudbe v občini Krško, v kateri smo predstavili glavne naravne in kulturne znamenitosti, prireditve in aktivnosti, šport in rekreacijo, nastanitvene kapacitete ter predstavili projekt turizma v zidanicah. V zadnjem delu tretjega poglavja smo analizirali anketni vprašalnik in komentirali njene rezultate. S pomočjo ankete smo želeli ugotoviti prepoznavnost občine Krško kot izletniškega in vinsko-turističnega kraja. Ugotovili smo, da je po mnenju anketirancev na območju dovolj ponudbe za vinski in izletniški turizem ter da lahko zidanice predstavljajo pomemben potencial pri razvoju turistične ponudbe občine Krško.

Title:	POTENTIAL FOR DEVELOPMENT OF SELECTED TYPES OF TOURISM IN THE KRŠKO MUNICIPALITY
Abstract:	The thesis concentrates on development potentials of certain branches of tourism, which could substantially improve the current tourist offer of the Municipality of Krško. In the first section we defined the research scope and the problem which drew our attraction, including the purpose, objectives and key hypotheses that we tried to confirm in the thesis. The second section is represented by the theoretical part, in which we became acquainted with elements of tourist offer, which may be potentially relevant for the development of tourism in the Municipality of Krško. In the first step, we defined the key notions of wine tourism, and emphasised its major advantages and disadvantages. As an important element of wine tourism, we later introduced the so-called wine-cellar tourism with its main characteristics, presented it as an opportunity for tourism development in the countryside, and outlined our development vision. At the end of this section we also described the notion of hiking tourism, another development potential. The third section focussed on tourist offer and opportunities for development of wine tourism within the Municipality of Krško. The section starts with a short introduction of the Municipality of Krško, including main statistical data. We continued with the assessment of the tourist offer of the Municipality of Krško, where we pointed out the main natural and cultural sites of special interest, social events and activities, sport, recreation, and accommodation facilities, and introduced the project of wine-cellar tourism. In the last part of the third section we analysed the questionnaire and interpreted the survey results. Using the survey we wanted to identify the level of recognition of the Municipality of Krško in terms of a hiking and wine-tourism destination. We learned that, according to the survey results, the Municipality provides sufficient supply of wine cellars and hiking destinations, and wine cellars can represent an important potential of the municipality's tourism development.
