Abstract:
V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni inteligentni transportni sistemi z vidika povečanja prometne varnosti. V prvem delu je opisana zgodovina inteligentnih transportnih sistemov pri nas in po svetu. V nadaljevanju so predstavljeni osnovni pojmi le teh in pregled stanja inteligentnih transportnih sistemov na slovenskih avtocestah. V zaključku pa so podani različni predlogi novih inteligentnih transportnih sistemov, s pomočjo katerih bi zagotovili večjo prometno varnost.

ITS SYSTEMS FOR ENSURING SAFETY ON SLOVENIAN MOTORWAYS - SITUATION CHECK
Abstract:
In this diploma work intelligent transport systems from aspect od road safety increase are presented. In the first part there is a description of the history of intelligent transport systems in our country and around the world. Basic concepts of intelligent transport systems and the review of the state od intelligent transport systems on Slovene motorways are presented in the text below. In conclusion there are given some new proposals to intelligent transport systems, by including them there would be providet greater road safaty.
