Abstract:
Glavna tema diplomske naloge je sanacija in ojačitev večstanovanjske hiše. V teoretičnem delu je opisano projektiranje rekonstrukcij, pristop k rekonstrukciji ter poškodbe na konstrukcijah, nastale kot posledica nepravilne gradnje ter nevzdrževanja. V praktičnem delu so na osnovi vizualnega pregleda ter laboratorijskih analiz, podane idejne smernice za sanacijo in ojačitev objekta. Za izbrane sanacijske ter utrditvene ukrepe so izrisani detajli izvedbe ter podani podrobni opisi izdelave posameznih ukrepov.

REHABILITATION AND REINFORCEMENT OF MULTI - FAMILY BUILIDING
Abstract:
The main topic of diploma is rehabilitation and reinforcement of multi family building. Taoretical part covers the design of reconstruction, approac to reconstruction and structural damages arise as a result of improper construction of the building. Based on visual review an laboratorycal analysis are given conceptual guidelines for rehabilitation and reinforcement of the building. There are some outlined details for selected actions and descriptions of manufacture of the actions.
