| Abstract: | Cilj diplomskega dela je konstruiranje naprave za zmanjšanje prostornine PET embalaže. Odločili smo se, da bomo skonstruirali mlin, ki bo mlel PET embalažo. Dimenzije mlina so odvisne od največjih dimenzij PET embalaže, katere smo dobili z meritvami embalaže. Rezkar, ki melje embalažo smo dimenzionirali glede na velikost embalaže, ter želeno velikost zmletih delcev. Preračunali smo napetosti, ki se pojavijo med mletjem in na podlagi tega predpisali moč elektromotorja ter prestavno razmerje reduktorja.
Mlin je sestavljen iz standardnih strojnih elementov, konstrukcije ter rezalnega orodja. Skonstruirali smo ga s pomočjo programa »CATIA V5«. |
