Title:VPLIV ZADOVOLJSTVA PRI DELU ZAPOSLENIH V DRUŽBI ZA AVTOCESTE REPUBLIKE SLOVENIJE - CP DRNOVO, CP KRŠKO NA MEDSEBOJNE DELOVNE ODNOSE

Abstract:V teoretičnem delu diplome govorimo o zadovoljstvu pri delu ter o medsebojnih odnosih med zaposlenimi. Raziskujemo tudi vpliv zadovoljstva pri delu zaposlenih na medsebojne delovne odnose. V empiričnem delu smo na osnovi dobljenih podatkov iz anketiranja, na vzorcu 40 zaposlenih od skupno 40 zaposlenih v času anketiranja, ki smo ga razdelili med zaposlene v izbranem podjetju, preučevali zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pri delu na primeru različnih trditev in medsebojne delovne odnose med zaposlenimi v DARS d. d., CP Drnovo ter CP Krško. Preučevali smo tudi vpliv zadovoljstva pri delu na medsebojne delovne odnose med zaposlenimi. V zadnjem poglavju smo prikazali podatke, iz anketnega vprašalnika ter jih interpretirali. Ugotovili smo, da so zaposleni v izbranem podjetju zadovoljni pri delu ter z medsebojnimi odnosi med zaposlenimi. Glavna ugotovitev je, da zadovoljstvo zaposlenih vpliva na medsebojne odnose med zaposlenimi v izbranem podjetju. Z zadovoljstvom pri delu smo pojasnili 26,6 odstotka zadovoljstva z medsebojnimi delovnimi odnosi.

Title:INFLUENCE OF JOB SATISFACTION OF EMPLOYEES IN THE COMPANY FOR MOTORWAYS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA - ON THE TOLL STATION DRNOVO AND ON THE TOLL STATION KRŠKO ON THE MUTUAL WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Abstract:In the theoretical part we talk about job satisfaction and mutual business relations between employees. We explore the impact of job satisfaction of employees in the mutual working relationship. In the empirical part, we based on information gained through the survey questionnaire on a sample of 40 employees from a total of 40 employees during the interview, which was distributed among employees of the selected company, studied both employee satisfaction at work on the case, various arguments as well as mutual working relationship between the staff of the selected company, DARS d.d. CP Drnovo and CP Krško plant. We investigated the impact of job satisfaction on the mutual working relationship among employees. In the last chapter we have presented data obtained by a questionnaire and interpret them. We have found that employees are satisfied in the chosen enterprise at work. They are also pleased with their colleagues or with interpersonal relationships among employees. Our main finding is that employee satisfaction affects the relationships between the staff of the selected company in 26.6 percent.
