Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi smo se osredotočili na vseprisotne sisteme v računalništvu in kako se ti razvijajo ter spreminjajo za namen uporabe v turizmu. Turistična industrija je velika priložnost za uporabo mobilnih storitev, saj turisti pričakujejo vedno nove možnosti in storitve, ki jim prinašajo potrebne informacije preko mobilnih naprav. Predstavili smo pregled obstoječih storitev za pomoč turistu na mobilnih platformah ter dobre in slabe lastnosti obstoječih aplikacij. V praktičnem delu naloge smo predstavilli prototip aplikacije, njeno strukturo in razvoj na platformi Android.

UBIQUITOUS ASSISTANCE SYSTEMS
Abstract:
Focus of the thesis is on ubiquitous computing systems and how they are developing and changing for the purposes of tourism. The tourist industry is a great opportunity to use mobile services, as tourists expect new opportunities and services that can deliver the necessary information through mobile devices. We reviewed the existing services for assisting tourists on mobile platforms and the strengths and weaknesses of the existing applications. In the practical example we have shown a prototype application, the structure and development on the Android platform.
