Title:PREDLOG ZASNOVE PROMETNE UREDITVE NA OBMOČJU ŠMARTINSKEGA JEZERA

Abstract:Zaradi današnjega hitrega tempa življenja, ljudje ob svojem prostem času vedno raje obiščemo kraje kjer si lahko v prenesenem pomenu napolnimo baterije. Občani mesta Celja imamo v bližini že 40 let umetno jezero, katerega nikoli nismo popolnoma izkoristili. Da bi se to spremenilo, je v zadnjih letih Mestna občina Celje začela urejati okolico Šmartinskega jezera in po njihovih prostorskih planih ima občina namen v bližnji prihodnosti jezero spremeniti v zanimivo turistično točko. Lahko predvidevamo, da se bo obiskanost jezera bistveno povečala in potencialno tudi onesnaženost okolja zaradi prometa. Da bi to onesnaženje zmanjšali na relativni minimum v diplomski nalogi predstavljamo projekt ureditve javnega potniškega prometa na območju Šmartinskega jezera. Ureditev temelji na treh oblikah prevoza in sicer avtobusni prevoz iz mesta Celja do Šmartinskega jezera, vožnja s turističnim vlakcem okoli Šmartinskega jezera in vožnja s turistično ladjico po Šmartinskem jezeru. Za vse tri oblike prevoza smo poiskali alternativne vire energije.

Title:PROPOSAL FOR TRAFFIC REGULATION IN THE AREA OF LAKE ŠMARTINSKO
Abstract:Because of today's fast tempo of life, people at their free time more often want to visit places where they can relax and enjoy. Near city of Celje there is an artificial lake, which never reached its full potential. Municipality of Celje wants to change this, so they started in last few years to regulate surrounding area of the lake and in the near future they want to arrange this lake into an attractive tourist location. It can be assumed that the number of visitors of the lake will significantly increase and this would potentially result in the environmental pollution caused by the traffic. In order to theoretically minimize this form of pollution, we present the project of organization of public passenger transport in the area of Šmartinsko Lake. The idea is based on three forms of transport, at first there is bus transport from Celje to the lake, at second there is journey with a tourist train around the lake and at third way of transport is sailing along the lake with tourist boat. For all three forms of transport the goal is to find alternative, green sources of energy.
