Title:PRENOVA PROCESA NABAVNE LOGISTIKE V PODJETJU PALOMA D.D.

Abstract:Podjetja težijo vedno k novim spremembam, izboljšavam in vsako podjetje hoče biti pred konkurenco, saj se zavedajo gospodarskega položaja na tržišču. Vendar z zastarelo tehnologijo, ki ni v koraku s časom, slej ko prej oslabijo, tega se zavedajo tudi v podjetju Paloma d.d., ki se ukvarja s proizvodnjo papirja. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen obstoječ proces nabave surovin v katerem se vršijo prevzemi, skladiščenje in izdaja surovin. Pri vseh procesih še vedno delo poteka ročno, kar pomeni, da si skladiščnik veliko podatkov zapisuje na list papirja in jih nato odda v administracijo, kjer se ti podatki vpišejo v informacijski sistem Surovine. Zaradi teh prepisovanj lahko prihaja do napak, ki ga povzroči človeški faktor. Cilj naloge je, da z izboljšavo procesa oziroma predlogi rešitev uvedemo takšen način dela, da bo delavcu olajšano delo, ki bo podprto s sodobno tehnologijo. S tem bomo prispevali k zmanjševanju pogostosti napak. Predlagane spremembe bodo predvsem v nadgradnji informacijske tehnologije, ki bo vključevala črtno kodo, displeje v viličarjih, ročne terminale, ter informatizacijo skladiščnih mest. Analiza učinkovitosti pa se bo pokazala s prihranki pri uvedbi predlaganih rešitev.

Title:RENOVATION PROCESS, THE COSTS OF LOGISTICS IN THE COMPANY PALOMA D.D.
Abstract:Companies tend always to new developments, improvements, and any company wants to be ahead of the competition, knowing the economic situation in the market. However, with outdated technology that is not in step with the times will eventually weaken, and this is no secret to the company Paloma d.d., who is engaged in manufacturing paper. The thesis presents the existing procurement process in which acquisitions are made, storage and issue of goods. In all processes is still a work done by hand, which means that the checker a lot of data recorded on paper and then transferred to the administration, where the data are entered in the Materials Information System. Because of these transcript may be subject to error caused by the human factor. The objective function is that by improving the process and prposals for solutions introduced this way of working that will be easy for the worker who will be supported by modern technology. This will contribute to reducing the frequency of errors. The proposed changes will be mainly in the information technology upgrade that will include a bar code display in forklifts, handheld terminals and computerization separate locations. Effectiveness analysis will show the savings to introduce the proposed solution.
