Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen avtomatiziran sistem strege injekcijskih stiskalnic za brizganje gume. Z avtomatizacijo nadomestimo klasičen način strege strojev, s tem pa iz nevarnega delovnega okolja umaknemo delavca. S pomočjo avtomatiziranega procesa dosegamo večjo produktivnost stiskalnic ter stabilnejši proces izdelave, znižujemo proizvodne stroške ter zagotovimo kontinuiran sistem izdelave izdelkov. Avtomatizacija proizvodnih procesov nam omogoča boj s svetovno konkurenco na področju gumarske industrije.

AUTOMATION OF OPERATION OF PRESSES INJECTING RUBBER
Abstract:
An automated system of servicing injection presses for rubber injection is presented. Automation makes it possible to replace the classical approach to servicing machines, thus removing the worker from a hazardous working environment. The use of automated process increases productivity of presses and enables a more stable production process; in addition, it reduces the production costs and enables a continuous system of production. Automation of production processes makes it possible to keep up in a worldwide competition in the field of rubber industry.
