Abstract:
Optimiziranje je danes v proizvodnji eden izmed najpomembnejših dejavnikov. V kovino-plastični panogi kjer je konkurenca še posebno huda in zaostrena šteje vsak prihranjen evro. V času izdelave diplomskega dela sem z različnimi orodji in aktivnostmi opravil optimizacijo proizvodnje, hkrati pa podal predloge za nadgradnjo proizvodnega modula. V podjetju sem uvedel enoten sistem talnih označb in odlagalnih con za posamezne faze izdelkov, povečal urejenost skladišča in proizvodnje ter podal predloge za optimizacijo in sistematizacijo postopkov v podjetju. Z uvedbo predlogov lahko podjetje nadgrajuje svoje aktivnosti in nadaljuje z uspešnim delovanjem in rastjo.

OPTIMISATION OF PRODUCTION MODULE IN COMPANY ŠUMER D.O.O.
Abstract:
Nowdays optimization is one of the most important factors in production.In metal-plastic industry where competition is very high and sharp every saved euro counts. Through this diploma I have used different tools and activities for succesfull optimisation of production and also make proposals for production module upgrade. In company I have implement equable system of road markings, storage zones for products, increase order level in warehouse and production. I have also make proposals for optimization and systematization for processes in company. With implemented proposals company can continue with work and sucesfull growth.
