Title:POVEZANOST ZADOVOLJSTVA S KOMUNICIRANJEM IN SPLOŠNEGA ZADOVOLJSTVA V ORGANIZACIJI

Abstract:Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela. Prvi del je teoretični, v njem sta s pomočjo literature podrobneje razjasnjena pojma komunikacija (kaj je komunikacija, motnje pri komuniciranju, komuniciranje v timu ter komuniciranje v zdravstvenem timu) in zadovoljstvo (kaj je, povezava komuniciranja in zadovoljstva, klima in motivacija, vodenje, letni sestanki ter konflikti). V drugem, raziskovalnem delu so grafično predstavljeni rezultati odgovorov na vprašanja v anketnem vprašalniku. Z anketo kot orodjem raziskave, ki je anonimna in prostovoljna, smo želeli pridobiti podatke in mnenja zaposlenih o splošnem zadovoljstvu v organizaciji in komunikaciji v organizaciji. Odgovore smo analizirali v programu Excel in ugotavljali korelacije ter s tem potrjevali postavljene hipoteze. Postavljene hipoteze so se glasile: med zadovoljstvom s komuniciranjem v timu (med medicinskimi sestrami) in splošnim zadovoljstvom obstaja povezanost, med zadovoljstvom s komuniciranjem med medicinskimi sestrami in zdravniki ter splošnim zadovoljstvom obstaja povezanost ter med zadovoljstvom s komuniciranjem med medicinskimi sestrami in nadrejenimi (vodstvom) ter splošnim zadovoljstvom obstaja povezanost. Dokazali smo, da na splošno zadovoljstvo na delovnem mestu vpliva tako komunikacija v timu – med medicinskimi sestrami kot tudi komunikacija z zdravnikom in vodstvom. Parametri, kot so: ustreznost vsebine komunikacije glede na cilje; ustrezen obseg informacij; pravočasnost informacij; ustreznost komunikacijskega kanala; usklajenost in iskrenost komunikacije; pravica do aktivnosti in pasivnosti pri komunikaciji ter ustrezno reševaje konfliktov, so pokazali rahlo do srednjo pozitivno korelacijo v povezavi s spremenljivkami zadovoljstvo s komunikacijo v timu, zdravnikom in vodstvom, kar potrjuje povezanost. Poleg potrditve hipotez je bil cilj diplomskega dela predlagati možnosti za izboljšanje komunikacije med člani zdravstvenega tima ter posledično povečati zadovoljstvo in tako tudi izboljšati kakovost našega dela.

Title:THE CORRELATION BETWEEN SATISFACTION WITH COMMUNICATION AND OVERALL SATISFACTION IN ORGANISATION
Abstract:The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part is theoretical, which is based on literature. It clarifies the concept of communication (the definition of communication, communication disorders, communication in the team and communication in medical teams) and satisfaction (the concept of satisfaction, the link between communication and satisfaction, climate and motivation, leadership, annual meetings and conflicts) in great details respectively. In the second part, the research illustrates graphical presentations of results obtained by a questionnaire. The survey was used as a research tool and was anonymous and voluntary. We wanted to obtain employees' opinion about overall satisfaction in an organization and communication in an organization. We analyzed the answers in the Excel program and tried to confirm the established hypothesis. The hypothesis is: There is a correlation between satisfaction with communication and general satisfaction a) within the team (among nurses), b) between nurses and doctors and c) between nurses and leadership. The results have proved that the overall satisfaction in the workplace is affected by communication within the team among nurses, between nurses and doctors, and between nurses and leadership. Considering the factors such as: appropriateness of the content-based communication regarding objectives, the appropriate scope of information, transmitting or receiving information at the right time, the relevance of the communication channel; consistency and honesty of communication, the right to the state of action and inaction in communication and effective solving of conflicts, the set of parameters have indicated a slight to moderate positive correlation in reference to the variable of satisfaction with communication, which confirms the hypothesis. In addition to the confirmation of the hypotheses, the thesis objective was also to propose different measures aimed to improve communication between health members and consequently to increase satisfaction and thus enhance the quality of medical work.
