Abstract:	V prvem poglavju so napisane uvodne besede o diplomski nalogi. V drugem poglavju sem opredelila osnovni pojem zalog, opisala sem vrste zalog z različnih vidikov. Razložila sem tudi stroške, ki jih povzročajo zaloge. V tretjem poglavju sem podrobneje predstavila sistem obvladovanja zalog odvisnega povpraševanja. Podrobneje sem opisala model MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning), opisala kateri podatki so potrebni za ta model, na kakšen način pridobimo te podatke, kako poteka postopek obdelave podatkov in na koncu tudi rezultat modela MRP ter njegove prednosti in pomanjkljivosti. V četrtem poglavju so prikazane metode vrednotenja zalog. S teoretičnega vidika so opisane različne metode vrednotenja zalog, na podlagi izbranih podatkov je prikazan model, po katerem se vrednotijo zaloge v izbranem podjetju. Peto poglavje zajema predstavitev izbranega podjetja, napisano je nekaj splošnega o zalogah surovin in materiala v izbranem podjetju. Predstavila sem način obvladovanja zalog v podjetju, opisala potek proizvodnje, opisala problematiko obvladovanja zalog v podjetju in na izbranih podatkih je prikazan potek modela MRP. Predstavila sem tudi model vrednotenja zalog surovin in materiala v podjetju. Šesto poglavje zajema sklep diplomske naloge, kjer so opisane temeljne ugotovitve in odprti problemi za nadaljnjo obravnavo.

Title:	INVENTORY DEPENDENT DEMAND IN THE EVENT PRODUCTION COMPANY
Abstract:	Supplies have an important role in total expenses of a manufacturing company. That is why it is very important that the company devotes a lot of attention to supplies. Supplies are the link between several departments within a company and this is the reason why all employees should get acquainted with the importance of supplies and expenses. The first chapter contains introduction to the diploma. In the second chapter, I defined the basic notion of supplies; I described types of supplies from various aspects. I also explained expenses that originate from supplies. In the third chapter, I described in detail the dependent demand management system for supplies. I described in detail the MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning), I described data, necessary for this system, how to acquire such data, the process of data processing and, in the end, the result of MRP model with its advantages and disadvantages. In chapter four, supply evaluation methods are presented. Various supply evaluation methods are described from the theoretical aspect and the model, used to evaluate supplies in the selected company based on selected data, is shown. Chapter five encompasses the presentation of the selected company, general notions on raw materials and materials in the selected company are described. I presented the system of supply management in the company, described the manufacturing process, described problems of supply management in the company and, with selected data, MRP process is presented. I also presented the raw material and material supply evaluation model. Chapter six contains the conclusion of the diploma where main findings and open problems for further discussion are described.
