Abstract:V sodobnem poslovnem svetu se podjetja vedno bolj zavedajo pomembnosti upravljanja s poslovnimi procesi (Business Process Management). Upravljanje s poslovnimi procesi je tako postala ključna aktivnost s katero podjetja sledijo zahtevam strank, pritisku konkurence in globalizaciji trga. Samo podjetja z natančno dodelanimi poslovnimi procesi lahko uspešno sledijo spremembam na trgu. Rast količine informacij v sodobnem poslovnem svetu neprestano narašča in se kaže v nastanku vse večje količine dokumentov in zapisov. Upravljanje teh dokumentov tako postaja vse zahtevnejše in podjetjem povzroča nemalo preglavic. Ker predstavljajo dokumenti pomembno premoženje podjetja, morajo imeti podjetja nadzor nad njimi. Ena izmed rešitev teh težav so dokumentarni oziroma informacijski sistemi, katerih glavna naloga je zagotavljanje sledljivosti, varnosti in zanesljivosti. Dodatno omogočajo dokumentarni sistemi boljši nadzor nad poslovnimi procesi. Magistrsko delo preučuje prenovo poslovanja v banki z rešitvijo DMS sistema. V teoretičnem delu so opisani poslovni procesi, dokumenti in dokumentarni sistemi. Podrobneje je predstavljen dokumentarni sistem DMS, ki ga uporabljamo v banki. Opis DMS sistema je osnova za raziskavo magistrskega dela. Raziskava zajema spremembe poslovnih procesov v banki (natančneje v oddelku administracije poslovanja) z rešitvijo DMS. Sama priprava na tak projekt je potekala precej časa. Po dejanski uvedbi DMS sistema, smo spoznali, da uvajanje novitet ne prinaša samo uspeha in le pozitivnih učinkov. Pojavijo se tudi negativne plati, ki pa jih z veliko angažiranostjo vseh zaposlenih uspešno premagujemo. Zanimiva tematika in želja po analizi dejanske situacije sta bili osnova za izbor teme magistrskega dela. Poznavanje poslovnih procesov in nasploh poznavanje samega DMS sistema, mi pa je delo bistveno olajšalo.

Title:The influence of management systems on the banking business, in the case of companies lending.
Abstract:In the modern business world, companies are increasingly aware of the importance of managing business processes (Business Process Management). Business process management has become a key activity in which companies follow the requirements of customers, competitive pressures and market globalization. Only companies with process-oriented business can successfully track changes on the market. Growth in the amount of information in the modern business world is exponential and is reflected in the emergence of an increasing volume of documents and records. The management of these documents is becoming increasingly complex and causes trouble to many companies. Since the documents represent an important business asset, firms should have control over them. One of the solutions to these problems is document management and information systems and their main task is to ensure traceability, security and reliability. Additional document systems enable better control over business processes. Master thesis examines the renewal of business in the bank by resolving DMS system. The theoretical part describes business processes, documents and document management systems. Detail is presented documentary DMS system, which is used in the bank. Description of the DMS system is the basis for the research thesis. The survey covers the changes in business processes in a bank (specifically in the business administration department) with the DMS solution. The preparation of such project took some time. According to the imposition of DMS system, we realized that the introduction of new documentary system does not bring only success and positive effects. There are also negative aspects, but with a lot of engagement by all employees, we successfully overcome them. An interesting topic and a desire to analyze the actual situation were the basis for selection of topics for Master thesis. Knowledge of business processes and overall DMS system, made my work significantly easier.
