Abstract:
Izdelava kolekcije oblačil je dolgotrajen postopek dela. Danes nam virtualno prototipiranje omogoča enostavnejši in hitrejši razvoj kolekcij oblačil. Samemu oblikovalcu omogoča, da na virtualnem modelu telesa ocenjuje prileganje krojev in videz oblačila ter ocenjuje ustreznosti tekstilije brez konkretne izdelave prototipa oblačila.

Title:
DEVELOPMENT OF THE WOMAN`S DRESSES VIRTUAL COLLECTION
Abstract:
Designing a fashion collection is a long work process. Today, virtual prototyping enables a simpler and faster development of fashion collections. It not only helps a designer to assess the fitting of cuts and the appearance of clothing on a virtual basis, but also assesses the suitability of a textile without even designing an actual clothing prototype. One of such computer programmes is the software package OptiTex PDS, with which the virtual women’s clothing collection in this thesis was created. The thesis discusses the development of the virtual woman’s dresses collection with the emphasis on the computer modelling of cuts and combining of clothing from the viewpoint of colour and size adjustment, and the position of textile patterns on simulated clothing.
