Diplomsko delo obravnava delovno področje in to v primerjanju dveh držav, Republike Slovenije in Kraljevine Danske.

Title:Comparative analysis of the employment act of the Republic of Slovenia with Danish labour law
Abstract:When Slovenia joined the European Union it also included a process of integrating the Slovenian State into the Union. This process brought many changes, not only political and economic, which are most exposed, but also changes in other areas. In my thesis I will discuss labor law and do a comparison of the two countries,Republic of Slovenia and the Kingdom of Denmark. By comparing the two legal systems we cannot avoid the European Union itself, as it contributed to the tendency of developing common policies. European law is increasingly shaping the national law, even in areas that are in the domain of the national interests.
Keywords:Labour law, working relationship, contract of employment, working time, termination of employment, the Labour code, collective labour law
