Abstract:
V prvem delu diplomskega dela bomo predstavili teoretične osnove in pomen načrtovanja tehnološkega delovnega procesa in notranje logistike. V drugem delu bomo prikazali obstoječe stanje v proizvodnem procesu priprave jagodnega preliva ter njegovo kritično analizo. Na osnovi analize bomo v tretjem delu predstavili, kako prenovljen proces proizvodnje prelivov vpliva na optimizacijo in kakovost vodenja procesa, izboljšuje izkoristek uporablejnih materialov in posledično zmanjšuje proizvajalne stroške. Zaključili bomo s kratkim prikazom pridobitev za podjetje in navedli razvojne usmeritve v prihodnosti.

MODERNISATION OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS IN MERCATOR - EMBA
Abstract:
The first part of the diploma thesis presents the theoretical bases and significance of planning the technological work process and internal logistics. The second part describes the existing state of the production process for preparing strawberry topping and the critical analysis thereof. Based on the analysis, the third part illustrates how the restructure of the topping production process influences the optimization and quality of the process’ management, improves the utilization rate of materials and consequently, reduces production costs. In conclusion, the thesis presents the benefits of the restructure for the company and defines development guidelines for the future.
