Abstract:	Dandanes veliko stvari podrejamo službi. Tempo življenja je vse hitrejši, zato ljudje veliko časa preživijo na svojem delovnem mestu, kjer so obkroženi z mnogimi različnimi ljudmi. Zelo pomembno je, da se na svojem delovnem mestu in med sodelavci počutijo dobro, saj bodo le tako svoje delo opravljali korektno in uspešno. Da pa bi se zaposleni počutili dobro, moramo zagotoviti njihovo zadovoljstvo, med drugim tudi zadovoljstvo s pogoji dela in zadovoljstvo z medsebojnimi odnosi. Ker nas je v diplomski nalogi zanimalo, kako so zaposleni v podjetju Snaga, d.o.o., zadovoljni s pogoji dela in medsebojnimi odnosi, smo v prvem, teoretičnem delu skozi analizo tekstov raziskovali, kaj sploh je zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, kaj so pogoji dela in medsebojni odnosi ter kdaj so zaposleni lahko z njimi zadovoljni. V drugem delu pa smo s pomočjo anketnih vprašalnikov naredili raziskavo med zaposlenimi ter rezultate statistično obdelali in ugotovili, da so zaposleni v podjetju zadovoljni tako s pogoji dela kot tudi z medsebojnimi odnosi.

Title:	EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION IN THE COMPANY SNAGA D.O.O.
Abstract:	Nowadays a lot of things are subordinated to work. The tempo of life is increasing and people spend a lot of time at their workplace, where they are being surrounded with a lot of different people. It’s very important that they feel well at their workplace and have a positive relationship with their co-workers, because only in that case they are able to work properly and successfully. In order to reach for the feeling of well-being, we have to ensure satisfaction. Among other things, contentment with work conditions as well as contentment in interpersonal relations. For this diploma thesis we were interested in satisfaction with work conditions and interpersonal relations in the company Snaga, d.o.o.. In the first, theoretical part, we used text analysis to find out what employee satisfaction, work conditions and interpersonal relations stand for and when employees can be content with them. In the second part we have done a research with a survey questionnaire among the employees of the company. We have statistically analyzed the results and found out that the employees are satisfied with their work conditions as well as with interpersonal relations in the company.
