Title:NASILJE NAD MEDICINSKO SESTRO V PATRONAŽNI DEJAVNOSTI

Abstract:Nasilje na delovnih mestih zaposlenih v zdravstvu je resen problem. Na to nas opozarjajo tudi različna svetovna združenja, ki so k obvarovanju te problematike začela delovati združeno, z namenom celovitega pristopa k reševanju problematike. Nasilje nad delavci v zdravstveni negi predstavlja približno četrtino vsega nasilja na delovnem mestu. Diplomsko delo govori o nasilju na delovnem mestu v zdravstvu. Osredotočili smo se na nasilje v patronažni dejavnosti. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili nasilje (razvoj, vrste, vzroke, preprečevanje, ukrepe in posledice nasilja, vloga organizacije ter nasilje na delovnem mestu patronažne medicinske sestre). Raziskava ima značilnosti eksplicitne raziskave. V njej je sodelovalo 50 patronažnih medicinskih sester Zdravstvenega doma dr. Adolfa Drolca v Mariboru. Da smo raziskavo lahko opravili, smo razvili anketni vprašalnik, ki vsebuje 14 vprašanj zaprtega in odprtega tipa. Namen diplomske naloge je ugotoviti, v kolikšni meri so patronažne medicinske sestre izpostavljene nasilju pri opravljanju svojega dela ter katera vrsta nasilja se najpogosteje pojavlja in kako odreagirajo v takšnih primerih. Izvedeti smo hoteli tudi, kako preprečiti oz. omiliti nasilje na delovnem mestu. Iz rezultatov, ki smo jih dobili, lahko razberemo, da se je večina medicinskih sester že večkrat srečala z nasiljem pri opravljanju svojega dela ter da je najpogostejše verbalno nasilje. S tem diplomskim delom smo prišli do spoznanja, da se nasilje v zdravstvu dogaja zelo pogosto, čeprav se o tem ne govori veliko. Ugotovili smo tudi, da se je večina patronažnih medicinskih sester v primeru, da so bile žrtve nasilja pri opravljanju svojega dela, pogovorilo s sodelavci, ali pa so same rešile problem.

Title:VIOLENCE AGAINST NURSES IN COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE
Abstract:Violence against the employed in the medical service represents a serious problem. Attention to this problem has been drawn by various world associations with the intention to use holistic approach in solving the problem. Violence against the workers in the medical service represents approximately a quarter of all the workplace violence. In my diploma work I deal with the workplace violence in the medical service, focusing on the violence practised in the home nursing. In the theoretical part of my work the development, the types, the reasons, preventive measures and the consequences of violence, furthermore, the part the working organization has in preventing the violence and the violence practised in the home nursing are presented. An explicit research was carried out in which fifty nurses in the home care service employed in the Health centre Dr. Adolf Drolc in Maribor took part. To do the research a questionnaire with 14 open-ended and closed-ended questions was constructed. The purpose of my diploma work was to find out to what extent of violence the nurses in the home care service are exposed to while doing their job and which type of violence is most frequently used towards them and their reaction to it. The intention of the research was also to find out how to prevent and reduce the workplace violence.The results of the research show that most of the nurses in the home care service have met with the violence at work several times and that verbal violence has been the most frequently used type of violence towards them. My diploma work leads us to the conclusion that violence in the medical service is often used, even though very little spoken of. I have also found out that most of the nurses in the home care service who had been victims of violence at work either talked about the incident with their co-workers or they solved the problem by themselves.
