Title:UVEDBA E-POSLOVANJA V PROCESU NABAVE BLAGA IN STORITEV

Abstract:Diplomska naloga obravnava uvedbo e-poslovanja v Organizaciji »A« v procesu naročanja blaga in storitev. Obstoječi proces naročanja blaga in storitev poteka po ustaljenem načinu s fizičnimi dokumenti in z naročanjem blaga ter storitev prek telefona. Zaradi tega prihaja do zamud pri dobavi blaga ter izvedbi storitev in posledično do težav pri izvedbi nalog ter nezadovoljstva zaposlenih. V osrednjem delu diplomske naloge smo najprej analizirali in ponazorili obstoječe stanje v organizaciji ter navedli vzroke za tako stanje. Opredelili smo predpostavke in omejitve, s katerimi se bomo srečali pri razvoju in uvedbi nove rešitve. Problem smo predstavili iz različnih zornih kotov in s strani različnih akterjev, ki so vključeni v nabavo blaga in storitev. V nalogi je opisana obstoječa informacijska tehnologija in delovni procesi, ki jih je potrebno informatizirati. Podali smo smernice za izbor najbolj optimalne tehnologije in poiskali podobne primere v literaturi in praksi. V zadnjem sklopu osrednjega dela diplomske naloge je prikazan predlog in prototip rešitve uvedbe nabave blaga in storitev v okolju Lotus Notes. V zaključku naloge je opisana možnost nadaljnjega razvoja rešitve, priporočila organizaciji in učinki na poslovanje, ki bi ga imela uvedba prototipne rešitve. Podali smo tudi predlog celovite zamisli informatizacije procesa nabave blaga in storitev v Organizaciji »A«.

Title:THE IMPLEMENTATION OF E-BUSINESSIN IN THE PROCESS OF PURCHASE OF GOODS AND SERVICES
Abstract:Diploma treats with introduction of e-business goods and services ordering process in Organization "A". The existing goods and services ordering process follows the stabile manner with paper documents and telephone ordering services which outcome are goods and service delivery delays, performing duties difficulties and employee dissatisfaction. Diploma work main part include existing organization situation analyze, assessment and reasons for present situation. During new solutions development and introduction, expected presumptions and restrictions were identified. Problem is presented from different view points and different actors involved in goods and services ordering process. Existing information technology and working processes which have to be computerized are also described in diploma work. Guidelines for selecting most optimal technology are introduced and similar solutions from literature and practical work are described. Diploma main part end contain goods and services ordering process new prototype working solution in program Lotus Notes. In diploma conclusion are introduced; possibility of further solutions development, recommendations to Organization “A” and business consequences which goods and services ordering process new prototype would have. At the end the entirely computerization of goods and services ordering process idea for Organization "A" is introduced.
