Abstract:
V diplomskem delu predstavljamo zaposlovanje kadrov v trgovinski dejavnosti v Sloveniji.V teoretičnem delu bolj podrobno opisujemo trgovinsko dejavnost,poklice,ki so za to dejavnost značilni ter proces zaposlovanja kadrov.V empiričnem delu izhajamo iz prevladujočih stališč v javnsti,po katerih je bila rast zaposlenosti v trgovini glede na celoto bistveno višja.Raziskujemo gibanje celotne zaposlenosti oziroma delovno aktivnega prebivalstva v Sloveniji od leta 2000 do 2009 in to gibanje primerjamo s trgovinsko dejavnostjo.Zavrnemo hipotezo,da je bila rast zaposlenosti v trgovinski dejavnosti bistveno večja.Z drugo hipotezo preverjamo,kolokšen delež objavljenih prostih delovnih mest v trgovinski dejavnosti je bil poleg klasičnih izobrazbenih profilov primeren tudi za druge oziroma alternativne izobrazbene profile.Ugotovili sm,da je delež sorazmerno visok...

EMPLOYMENT IN WHOLESALE AND RETAIL
Abstract:
SUMMARY This thesis present employment of personnel in the commercial activities in Slovenia.In the teoretical part of thesis are more detailed descriptions of commercial activitys,accupations,which are typical for this activity and the process of recruitment of staff.In the empirical part we proceed from the prevailing viwes in public,which employment growth was in trade and it relation ti it significantly.We explore the movement of total employment or econimically active population in Slovenia from 2000 to 2009 and this trend is compared with the commercial activity.Reyect the hypothesis that employment growth in commercial activity was significantly greater.The second hypothesis is checked,what proparntion of vacancies in commercial activity was addition to -tetraditional- educational profiles appropriate for other profiles or alternative education.We found that the share is relatively high...
